TADASHI Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period:

  • TADASHI smart bidet seats come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, customers can receive free repair or replacement for any defects caused by materials or workmanship.
  • Extended Warranty: Products purchased through third-party platforms, such as Amazon, are eligible for a free extended warranty of up to 3 years.

2. Warranty Coverage:

      This warranty applies to defects resulting from normal usage caused by design, manufacturing, or material issues. Repairs or replacements will be provided free of charge.
       This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage or loss caused by natural disasters (e.g., fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).
  • Damage or loss caused by misuse, negligence, unreasonable use, or improper cleaning or maintenance.
  • Damage caused by sediment or foreign matter in the water supply.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation, installation in harsh environments, or unauthorized repair, removal, or modification of the product.
  • Damage caused by electrical surges, lightning strikes, or similar external factors beyond TADASHI’s control.
  • Normal wear and tear, such as surface gloss reduction, scratches, or fading caused by usage, cleaning practices, or water/atmospheric conditions (e.g., use of bleach, alkaline or acidic cleaners, dry/powder cleaners, or abrasive scrubbing tools).
  • Use of the product inconsistent with the owner’s manual or instructions.

3. Repair Services:

  • If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, customers should promptly contact TADASHI’s support team. We will respond within 24 hours and resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase and the product serial number to confirm the warranty and diagnose the issue.
  • TADASHI covers parts and labor costs for warranty repairs but is not responsible for costs associated with the removal, return, or reinstallation of the product.

4. Return and Replacement Policy:

  • Customers may request a return or replacement within 30 days of purchase if the product is unused and undamaged.
  • If the product cannot be repaired or if repair costs are excessive, TADASHI will offer a free replacement within the warranty period.

5. Repair Costs:

  • During the warranty period, all repair costs (parts and labor) will be covered by TADASHI. If the product is out of warranty, repair costs may apply based on the type and severity of the issue.

6. Exclusions and Disclaimer:

     TADASHI is not liable for damage or failure caused by:
  • Improper use or failure to follow the product instructions.
  • Installation or use in violation of local laws, codes, or standards.
  • High concentrations of chlorine or chlorine-based cleaners (e.g., calcium hypochlorite), which may damage the product and cause leaks or property damage.

7. Proof of Purchase:

  • This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase. TADASHI encourages customers to register their product after purchase to create a record of ownership. Product registration is voluntary and does not affect warranty rights.

9. Legal Statement:

  • The repair, replacement, or other appropriate adjustment provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy available to the customer. TADASHI is not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, installation or removal costs, or other expenses not explicitly mentioned in this policy.
  • Unless prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to all customers.
